Fløibanen runs every 15 minutes. There will be extra departures directly to Fløyen during popular travel times. Before 10:00 and after 19:00 we have departures every whole and half hour. The last departure from the city station and Fløyen is at midnight.

Our ticket office is situated at the city station of the Fløibanen funicular. We recommend to buy your tickets here on the website or in our app Fløibanen, as you can skip the queue to the ticket office.

Fløibanen’s city station is located in the heart of Bergen city center at Vetrlidsallmenningen 23A.
By foot
Only a few minutes' walk from Bryggen and the Fish Market.
By bus
The nearest bus stop is “Torget,” and from there it’s only a couple of minutes' walk. From Bergen bus station, it takes about ten minutes.
By boat
From Strandkaiterminalen, it's just a few minutes' walk. From Jekteviken, it’s about 20 minutes, and from Bontelabo, it takes 10-15 minutes.
By car
Rosenkrantz parking garage is located about 250 meters away.
